This agreement serves as the primary document between InnoScale and all customers and contains the rights, duties, and obligations of both InnoScale and the customer.
Acceptable Use Policy
InnoScale’s Acceptable Use Policy is designed to protect both InnoScale and its users from illegal, damaging, and inappropriate behavior by users of InnoScale services. All customers are subject to the terms and conditions of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Service Level Agreement
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees at least 99.999% up-time for your account. If account service is unavailable you may be eligible for a credit to your account.
